Unconjugated Controls at Inverness Medical
Unconjugated Controls
These unconjuagted negative controls are either mouse or rabbit in origin and measure the amount of conjugate binding that is unrelated to the target antigen.
The monoclonal mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b or IgM antibody is raised to Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase. This enzyme is neither present nor inducible in mammalian tissues.
The rabbit fractions are isolated from the serum of healthy, non-immunized rabbits. Therefore this antibody range is well-suited for use as negative controls in all techniques utilizing monoclonal mouse antibodies of isotype IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b or IgM, respectively, or polyclonal rabbit antibodies.
