March's Panel of the Month for 1-5 colour users!
Welcome to our panel of the month feature which is new for 2010. For the month of March we will be focused around the idea of using Initial Evaluation Panels for insight into the disease in question whilst limiting the number of tubes and antibodies.
Initial Evaluation Panels from the Dako Multimix range are pre-mixed, optimised combinations of three antibodies, see schematic on left, giving you confidence, superior ease and time savings.
All of the combinations within these Initial Evaluation Panels are listed below. However, as part of a comprehensive and complete Flow Cytometry solution, Inverness Medical UK would also like to recommend for use with these Initial Evaluation Panels the following items also listed below:
- CD45 for gating, PerCP and RPE-Cy5
- Uti-Lyse and EasyLyse for reliable lysing with and without fixative
- IntraStain for effective intracellular staining
- Isotype Controls conveniently available in the triple MultiMix format
