The APOPTEST™-FITC kit contains Annexin V and is designed to measure apoptosis in a variety of suspended cell types easily and swiftly by flow cytometry. Because there are no additives in the APOPTEST™-FITC kit the kit can be applied for cell sorting of apoptotic cells and subsequent investigations of these sorted cells.

The APOPTEST™-FITC kit contains both Annexin V and propidium iodide (PI). DAPI can also be used in place of PI allowing distinction between viable, apoptotic and necrotic cell populations.
